- Acting in a major claim for Dubai-based ship builders and repairers against a leading global software company.
- Acting for a major Dubai property developer in respect of a claim arising from termination of contract. We are respondents and counterclaimants in this Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) proceeding.
- Obtained award favourable to our client (a Factory Owner) in a dispute over construction of a manufacturing facility. This was an Ad Hoc Dubai arbitration award.
- Obtained a multi million dollar Arbitration Award in favour of our client (a Contractor) in respect of works not paid for and damages against a major Dubai government utility. Ad Hoc proceedings with ICC arbitrators on the panel.
- Acted as co-counsel in National Futures Association (NFA) proceedings in New York in a Customer claim against a financial institution. Won a multi million dollar award (US$14 million), the highest Award issued in NFA proceedings. Claim was on behalf of a local business family against the Republic of New York Securities Limited.
