Afridi & Angell have been managing disputes and providing practical outcomes via litigation, arbitration and mediation for over 30 years. Nobody wants to get into a dispute - not least our clients. Our partner, C. Chakradaran is appointed to the ICC International Court of Arbitration in Paris as a nominee for Sri Lanka. The firm is engaged in multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution, including representation of the United States of America and other international parties in arbitration proceedings. Such cases have involved concessions, construction contracts, contractual payment claims, banking matters, commercial agencies, partner disputes, trading of foreign currency futures and other investment matters.
